Azerbaijan is situated in the southern part of Russia located on the majestic Caucasian Mountains which combine some of the highest mountain ranges in Europe. For many, the capital city of Baku could be the most popular destination in Azerbaijan however, in the midst of the Caucasian Mountains a small village is hidden that is among the top populated cities throughout mother daughter trips Europe: Xinaliq. How to get there

When you arrive at Quba there is only the choice of being taken by the owner of the previously booked hotel at Xinaliq and sharing taxis with fellow travelers or locals. If you share taxis, there may be a problem in that they typically depart Quba in the early morning, and leave prior to the majority of travellers who are arriving from Baku and reaching Quba.
