Oscar is widely regarded as one of the world’s top young players, and his four goals and six assists in 27 league appearances for Real have already earned him a spot in his country’s World Cup squad for the upcoming 2014 competition in Brazil.
Dunga said he was confident Oscar would be fit enough to be a starter in Brazil’s squad.
“If there’s one player I’m sure will be in Brazil’s first-choice squad for the World Cup, it’s Oscar,” he said.
In 2013, Oscar picked up a thigh injury that ruled him out of the opening game of the World Cup against Croatia and several months later he struggled with a cruciate ligament injury.
That injury was seen as a major blow to Brazil’s chances in that tournament, and it also meant that Oscar had missed out on winning the coveted Golden Ball award.
Alexi, meanwhile, Buy sarms picked up a back injury during the Africa Cup of Nations in 2013, and he picked up another injury in January this year which forced him to miss Brazil’s FIFA Confederations Cup games.
In the end, Alexi only made it to the second of Brazil’s two Confederations Cup games and had to miss the last two of that tournament.

France won the Fifa U-20 World Cup for a second time after beating England 2-0 on Sunday.
Paris Saint-Germain starlet Kylian Mbappe scored one of France’s goals in a first half that ended 2-0, while Arsenal’s Alex Iwobi netted the second in the 77th minute.
Meanwhile, Juan Cuadrado scored the second goal in Italy’s 2-0 victory over England in the Fifa Under-20 World Cup final at South Korea’s Daegu Stadium on Sunday.
Brazilian midfielder Paulinho scored in the 53rd minute to put Brazil in front, and Italy took full control by adding a second in the 73rd minute.
Sixteen-year-old midfielder Moise Kean put Italy ahead in the 13th minute, but Brazil responded quickly with Paulinho heading in Neymar’s free-kick and Neymar finishing off a goalmouth scramble to make it 2-1.
Neymar then had a penalty kick and fired it into the roof of the net to put Brazil in the lead.
The 21-year-old midfielder then got to the end of a Paulinho cross, and the ball went up to Kean, who headed it into the net to give Italy the shock lead.
Paulinho sealed the deal with a close-range shot from the top of the 18-yard box, and the result saw the five-time world champions beat England for the first time at the World Cup since 1971.
Brazil are looking to make it three World Cup titles out of five, having won the tournament in 1958, 1962 and 1970.
Colombia and Mexico are at the top of FIFA’s latest world rankings, while Brazil are in sixth position.
Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Argentina, Italy, Germany and Switzerland are in the top 10.

Team Empire began their tournament run last week with a victory against White Frost, but in the following days their dominance was broken by Boosted Team Bones. When Team Dark Kingdom defeated Team Dark Kingdom in a rematch, Team Empire’s overall number of victories dropped to 2. In round 3 of the Championship, Team Empire traveled to Journées de Lutèce to face the undefeated team Archon Empire. Team Empire’s first victory of the day was a nail-biter against Red Tribe which they won 2-1. Team Empire remained undefeated for the remainder of the day. In the following round, Team Empire played Team Dark Kingdom once again, but could not capture the top spot. The two teams fought back and forth to no avail. Team Empire lost 3-4 and dropped to 3rd overall.
